How to print QR code table cards for your wedding
Aisleful's Print cards page turns your gallery's QR code into a table card you can print at home or save as a PDF, with your own names, a short message, and small print, in white, cream, sage, or ink. It's part of your Aisleful account, so you'll need to be signed in to use it.
Where to find it
Once you've created a gallery, open your Dashboard's "Share your gallery" section, or go straight to the Print cards page from the account navigation. You'll need to be logged in, since the card is generated from your own gallery's QR code; if you're not signed in yet, that page will send you to login first.
What you can customise
- Names or title, up to 60 characters, e.g. "Our Wedding" or your two names.
- A short message, up to 80 characters, e.g. "Help us capture the day".
- Small print, up to 80 characters, e.g. "Scan to add your photos & videos".
- Colourway: white, cream, sage, or ink.
The QR code itself always points at your gallery's guest-upload link, so however you word the card, scanning it takes a guest straight to the uploader, no app or account needed on their side.
Printing or saving as a PDF
Use the "Print / Save as PDF" button to send the card to your printer or save it as a PDF through your browser's print dialog, useful if you're sending it to a print shop instead of printing at home. There's also a "Download the QR (PNG)" option if you just need the code itself to drop into your own stationery design.
Where to put them
Table cards work well on each table at the reception, tucked into the order of service, or standing by the guestbook. Anywhere a guest is sitting or waiting with a phone in hand is a reasonable spot. Putting the same QR code in more than one place doesn't cause any problem, it's the same gallery link either way.
